Fluid was not burnt, had a decent color, and no major debris was present. However, there was a noticable amount of metal particles in the fluid and on a magnet dipped into the sample. This shows that there is excessive wear happening internal to the differential due to damaged/worn parts. New rear differential assembly is the only correction to internal differential damage, no rebuild is available. Labor Service - Four wheel alignment - Current alignment spec could be overly toed in causing instability. Perform more neutral alignment. Invoice #: 24519. Discard old parts. Differential Leak- Repair rear half shaft seal., Labor Service - Replace item(s) replace customer supplied driver side diff seal. Dissasembled driver side suspension arms and brakes to access drive shaft. Upon reassembley while torqueing the bolts, the toe arm bolt pulled the threads from the steering knuckle on the 90 degree final rotation. After removal it was apparant that the whole had had an previously attempted repair. Had to drill and thread whole for a thread insert which held torque. Diff is a little noise to me customer said that he had never noticed anything so we are gonna ship the vehicle and if the noise is to much, the customer will return for further diag., Processing Fee

Total alignment — rear camber corrected from -1.7°/-2.05° to -1.0°/-0.7°. Rear total toe corrected from 0.15° to 0.35°.

AES ran a steering adaptation (from my MHD) and checked all the steering/suspension components.
